These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the STOXIQ application (the "App") made available on the Shopify App Store. By installing or using the App, a merchant ("you", "Merchant") agrees to these Terms.
STOXIQ provides Preorder, Back in Stock, and Low Stock Alert functionality for Shopify stores, along with related customization, notification, and reporting tools, as described on our features pages. Features available to you depend on your selected plan.
You must have an active Shopify store and the authority to install apps on it. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your store's App configuration, including campaigns, notifications, and messaging sent to your customers.
Paid plans are billed through Shopify's standard app billing system on a recurring basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time through the App's billing settings; changes take effect according to Shopify's billing cycle rules. A free plan is available with limited functionality as described on our Pricing page.
You may not use the App to send unsolicited or deceptive communications, to misrepresent product availability in a way that violates applicable law, or to violate the rights of any third party. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these Terms or Shopify's own Acceptable Use Policy.
Where you enable optional integrations, such as a Klaviyo hand-off, your use of that third-party service is governed by its own terms. STOXIQ is not responsible for the practices of third-party services you choose to connect.
STOXIQ and its licensors retain all rights in the App, including its software, design, and branding. You retain all rights to your store content, product data, and customer information.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, STOXIQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including lost sales or lost data, beyond the amount paid by you for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
